This book is partly autobiographical covering a period of his childhood to his days as a theology student in India and partly also as a memoir of his experiences as a missionary across southern Philippines. With the mission team of Redemptorists and lay missionaries, Fr. Ramon underwent many missionary experiences in the Visayas and Mindanao which finally made his wish come true – to be a missionary among the grassroots communities! It has been a life full of struggles and challenges, risks (especially during the martial law period) and hopes but through it all his heart neve ceased to dream of being in the service of the Lord’s vineyard.
